About the position

The Seasonal Learning Trainer is responsible for executing the Behind the Smile onboarding program for new hires at Amazon's NACF. This role focuses on creating a welcoming and engaging experience for new employees, helping them acclimate to their roles and connect with Amazon's culture. The trainer collaborates with various operational managers and team members to enhance the onboarding process and ensure new hires are well-supported throughout their transition into the company.

Responsibilities

Execute a consistent, best-in-class new hire experience in a rapidly changing work environment.
Engage and excite newly hired employees in a welcoming and supportive environment using a hands-on approach.
Drive operational mechanisms to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience.
Facilitate a smooth transition from onboarding to in-path training while remaining engaged and acting as a resource for new hires.
Analyze and interpret metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
React quickly to serve as a resource for specific barriers and determine the correct steps to resolve them.

Requirements

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior training, teaching, or presentation experience.
Experience delivering training/information to peers, hourly associates, and senior management, both individually and in groups.
Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
Proficiency in computer usage, email, and MS Office Suite.
Excellent attendance and organizational skills.
