About the position

This position is part of the Workforce Administration Team within the Technical Operations Division at American Airlines. The role involves providing administrative support to Tech Ops team members and leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of the Workforce Administration team in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain various department reports, including weekly headcount reports and daily manning.

  • Responsible for all aspects of payroll using Workbrain payroll system, including time coding and shift schedules.

  • Process overtime, field trips, and shift swaps according to collective bargaining agreement rules and Workbrain system.
