<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>We’re seeking a DC-based therapist to provide psychotherapy to individuals in DC. You are grounded, self-aware, and committed to anti-oppressive, culturally attuned practice. You work independently while engaging in a supportive, collaborative team culture.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Active DC license: LGSW, LICSW, LPC, LGPC, LMFT, or Psychologist.</li><li>Experience with BIPOC communities, trauma, racial identity, and life transitions preferred.</li><li>Strong trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based orientation.</li><li>Telehealth experience preferred.</li><li>Clear, timely communication; able to manage an independent caseload.</li><li>Successful background and reference check prior to employment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide high-quality, trauma-informed psychotherapy virtually.</li><li>Conduct intake assessments; create treatment plans; track progress with standardized measures.</li><li>Maintain timely, accurate documentation in SimplePractice (EHR).</li><li>Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.</li><li>Collaborate with the Clinical Director to uphold mission, ethics, and standards of care.</li><li>Facilitate groups or workshops as needed; support quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate care with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, PCPs, and community providers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay structure based on experience and licensure (starting at $50/hour).</li><li>Flexible scheduling and fully remote work to support work-life balance.</li><li>Administrative and billing support; marketing and referrals provided.</li><li>Weekly supervision or consultation included (as applicable).</li><li><em>LGSWs will receive weekly clinical supervision with the Clinical Director. Independently licensed clinicians (LPC, LICSW, LMFT, Psychologist) may practice autonomously within their scope of licensure.</em></li><li>Monthly health insurance stipend (flat rate for full-time clinicians).</li><li>Paid administrative time.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We strongly encourage applications from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clinicians and those with lived experiences aligned with the communities we serve.</p>
