Job Description

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information across various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during evening shift hours.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, service questions, and product-related concerns with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide clear, concise, and comprehensive information to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of resolutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
