Job Title: Remote 3D Rendering Designer & Architectural Visualizer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Remote 3D Rendering Designer & Architectural Visualizer to create highly realistic interior visualizations for commercial and multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will transform floor plans, CAD drawings, elevations, finish schedules, and design specifications into photorealistic renderings of lobbies, amenity areas, residential units, kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces. You will accurately model materials, lighting, textures, furniture, fixtures, and architectural details while collaborating with architects and interior designers to bring design concepts to life. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, exceptional attention to detail, expertise in architectural visualization, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality renderings that accurately reflect the client's design vision in a fast-paced, long-term remote environment..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create photorealistic 3D interior renderings based on CAD plans, floor plans, elevations, and design specifications.
  • Accurately model materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, fixtures, and architectural details.
  • Create multiple rendering views and angles for each project based on client requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality first drafts, make revisions based on feedback, and meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare final rendering files in the required formats and resolutions for presentations and client use.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure renderings accurately reflect the design intent.
  • Optimize 3D models, lighting, and rendering settings to achieve high-quality visuals while maintaining efficient production times.
  • Organize and maintain project files, textures, models, and rendering assets to ensure consistency and streamline future projects.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and teammates.
  • Several years of experience in architectural and interior 3D visualization/rendering.
  • Proven experience creating high-quality, photorealistic architectural visualizations.
  • Professional portfolio showcasing realistic interior renderings (required).
  • Experience with SketchUp + Enscape, Lumion, or similar rendering software is acceptable.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret CAD files, architectural drawings, and design concepts.
  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling, lighting, materials, textures, composition, and photorealism.
  • Experience creating walkthroughs, animations, or 360° visualizations is a plus.
  • Experience with commercial and multifamily interior projects preferred.
  • Proficiency with 3ds Max (preferred).
  • Experience with V-Ray or Corona Renderer (preferred).
  • Highly creative with exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for realism and design quality.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
