Our studio offers low-impact, high-intensity workouts that combine elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Committed to creating a positive and inspiring environment, we empower our clients and team members alike to reach their fullest potential.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>The Pure Barre Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing studio operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and staff. This part-time position is based on-site Carmel by the Sea, California. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, fostering strong team dynamics, scheduling classes, leading client engagement initiatives, supporting sales and membership growth, and ensuring compliance with studio policies.
