Responsibilities

  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content across Sheriff's Office social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
  • At least three years of related professional-level communications or public relations experience.
  • Strong communication skills, including English usage, composition, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products.
  • Experience in video post-production, including audio, lighting, and livestreaming.
  • Ability to maintain websites and social media sites.
  • Knowledge of law enforcement public relations.
  • Ability to respond to requests for information in a timely manner.

Nice-to-haves

  • Intermediate experience in Adobe Creative Cloud.
