The Directory Data Governance (DDG) is an operational organization residing within the Provider Process and Network Operations Organization. DDG is integral to the Humana enterprise and supports provider directory accuracy. DDG’s focus is ensuring the providers’ s demographic information, panel status and vendor numbers are accurate. The DDG team makes quarterly outbound calls to contracted Medicare providers as requested by the Center for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS). DDG uses the information obtained during these outreaches to ensure that Humana members view the most accurate data when searching Physician Finder Plus. Monday – Friday, first 90 days 7:00am – 3:30pm. Flex time available after probation.
