This multi-faceted work aims to improve how Omnicare services its b2b and b2c customers. By developing tools and programs for both our internal teams and customers to leverage, this <strong>Project Coordinator</strong> and the larger team will affect growth and retention.<br><br>The <strong>Project</strong> <strong>Coordinator</strong> will provide day-to-day project support for the Senior Manager of <strong>Customer Strategy & Enablement</strong>. This role will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of tools and programs used by customer-facing colleagues to ensure an optimal customer experience.<br><br><strong>Essential Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist with building and deploying tools for customers or customer-facing colleagues to leverage.</li><li>Host meetings with business leads to demonstrate tools or workflows in Highspot, Salesforce, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing team to successfully deploy collateral to customer-facing colleagues.</li><li>Create customer-facing materials (flyers, SBR (Strategic Business Review) slides, posters, etc.) using Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Highspot enablement platform to ensure field colleague success.</li><li>Create project trackers and updates using various Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.</li><li>Ensure Salesforce.com is the source of truth for all aspects of the customer lifecycle.</li><li>Provide outcome and adoption tracking reporting using both Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com (reports and dashboards).</li><li>Perform other project and task duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>1+ year of project management and/or coordination experience, including strong visual design sensibility with the ability to create clean, engaging web pages (via drag-and-drop tools), presentations, and marketing materials.</li><li>1+ year of healthcare experience.</li><li>Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including (but not limited to) Vlookups, pivot tables, and data organization.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce, including building dashboards and reports.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>1+ year of experience in a long-term care setting.</li><li>Keen attention to detail and strong organization skills to keep projects on track.</li><li>Strong communication skills, including aptitude for writing, fact gathering, and analysis.</li><li>Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years of relevant experience + high school diploma or GED).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Anticipated Weekly Hours<br><br></strong>40<br><br><strong>Time Type<br><br></strong>Full time<br><br><strong>Pay Range<br><br></strong><strong>The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is<br><br></strong>$43,888.00 - $102,081.00<br><br>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
