About the Role:
As a CBRE Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, youwill be responsible for conducting simple to moderate standard financialanalysis and ad hoc finance projects. This job is part of the FinancialPlanning and Analysis job function. They are responsible for the short andlong-term financial planning and analysis of business operations.
What You’ll Do

  • Support the monthly and quarterly review of subsegmentresults including P&L, capital, KPIs, CAPEX and spending.
  • Assist with cost improvement and savings opportunities andcollect data supporting commercial assessments.
  • Support the annual budget process.
  • Help with monthly and quarterly forecasting and strategicplanning processes.
  • Produce routine and adhoc financial reports, packages andpro forma analyses.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices toachieve objectives and meet deadlines and use existing procedures to solvestandard problems.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limitedpractical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standardproblems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standardpractices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficultfigures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial relatedcalculations.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $90K per year and the maximum salary for the position is or $110K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
