Position Summary:
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be the face of PG Customs to our customers. You’ll connect with homeowners, provide expert guidance on roofing solutions, and help them make informed decisions. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential and the satisfaction of helping clients protect one of their most important investments.

Key Responsibilities:
-Meet with prospective clients to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
-Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
-Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
-Stay knowledgeable about roofing materials, techniques, and industry trends
-Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery

Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred; roofing or construction experience a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Ability to educate clients and build trust quickly
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Construction Knowledge
