You’ll make an impact by:

Manage working capital partners – Collaborate with US and international

working capital partners (products such as merchant cash advance, loans,

inventory financing etc.) to achieve set partnership goals. Align on and

launch campaigns closely working with partner and internal teams -

marketing, product, go to market, and legal. Perform working capital related

competitive research, market, and trend analysis.

Lead payment partner initiatives - Drive initiatives with payment

partners to facilitate seller onboarding. Collaborate with internal and external

stakeholders - marketing, business development, legal, product, event

management etc. to launch and track initiatives to accelerate onboarding of

global sellers to Walmart marketplaces incl. seller acquisition campaigns.

Analyze market trends and landscape, and provide best value to sellers by

optimizing partner costs.

Data sharing initiatives with partners

– Define and execute on strategies of partner data sharing and leveraging data for risk management. Collaborate on data sharing with payment partners to accelerate seller onboarding and business development initiatives.

Obtain all necessary approvals from internal and partner legal, privacy, and compliance teams.

Key success criteria:

Have 2+ years of industry experience preferably in Payments, Financial

Services, Tax, Compliance or similar space with data analysis and reporting

Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science or similar field
You’re familiar with industry/category trends and ecommerce markets
You are able to work with cross functional teams and have prior experience

working with Product and Technology teams; proven ability to influence and

excite internal / external partners and provide clear actionable insights

You're data driven and have understanding of SQL working with large datasets
Able to understand vendor technical specifications (incl. API documentation)

on a high level

You’re stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale
You have strong analytical aptitude, use data and analysis to drive decisions
