We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as we kick our California warehouse team into the next gear. We’ve recently invested deeper into internal growth/structure, are kickstarting new initiatives, and are looking for driven individuals with a passion for getting customers their orders on time. Roles and Responsibilities:

· Prep control panel components for assembly team

· Coordinate with Inventory Planner and ERP system for associated inventory moves and stock counts

· Cut and crimp cables and help with other aspects of assembly preparation.

· 20-28 hours per week (flexible).

Minimum Requirements:

· Alignment with our company's core values: authentic communication, dexterous execution, growth-driven, and consistent reliability.

· Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and time management skills.

· Basic computer skills (email, typing, etc) and comfortability with equipment.

· Ability to safely lift 10-50 lbs regularly on a step ladder and occasionally move up to 60 lbs items.

· Ability to work in a warehouse with temperatures ranging from 60-85 degrees.

· Hand dexterity for assembly of kits and cables.

Preferred Skills:

· Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment position.
