We don’t just offer premium, high-performance deodorant; we provide the essential "costume" for the skin. Our formulas are designed to perform under pressure, keep you fresh, and allow you to command any room with confidence.<br><br>We are currently seeking part-time cast members to represent the AKT brand in local retail locations. In this opportunity, representatives will bring the AKT story to life in-store by introducing customers to the brand and sharing product knowledge to help them discover their perfect match.<br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>Role Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Script Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of the AKT London range. You will be expected to articulate our brand story, ingredient integrity, and high-performance benefits with precision and clarity.</li><li>Audience Engagement: Drive sales by proactively approaching customers, offering expert product consultations, and effectively addressing individual skin care needs.</li><li>Stage Management: Maintain our retail display space to the highest standard. You will ensure the "stage" is always clean, well-stocked, and visually aligned with the AKT London aesthetic.</li><li>Performance Reporting: Serve as our eyes and ears on the floor. Provide consistent, actionable feedback on customer sentiment, stock levels, and store traffic following each shift.</li><li>Brand Advocacy: Embody the brand’s ethos of "High Performance" by maintaining a professional, high-energy presence throughout your shift. <br><br></li></ul><strong>About You<br><br></strong><ul><li>Previous Experience: Previous experience in luxury beauty, wellness, or premium retail sales.</li><li>Communication Skills: A natural ability to connect with people, handle objections with grace, and tell a compelling brand story.</li><li>Reliability: As a contributor in the retail locations, you are a crucial part of our operation. Punctuality and consistent communication are non-negotiable.</li><li>Product Passion: A genuine interest in clean beauty, sustainability, and personal care.</li><li>Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly between tasks and maintain a high level of engagement even during slower hours.<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Working Arrangement <br><br></strong></strong>This opportunity is a part-time, casual employment engagement. Employees will represent AKT in partner retail locations, supporting in-store brand activations, customer engagement, and product education. AKT will manage your scheduling and work locations, and will provide brand resources and product information to support retail representation in stores.
