QuickBooks Bookkeeper (part-time) We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our client's growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeping professional who enjoys working independently, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The successful candidate will have strong experience using QuickBooks Online, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks with accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable - Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations - Capture and reconcile financial transactions - Prepare and maintain general ledger entries - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Generate financial reports and management reports - Process invoices and supplier payments - Follow up on outstanding customer accounts where required - Maintain organized digital financial records and supporting documentation - Liaise with the accountant regarding financial information and queries - Ensure all bookkeeping is completed accurately and on time Requirements - Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience - Proven experience using QuickBooks Online (essential) - Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles - Experience with bank reconciliations - Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Stable internet connection and suitable home office setup Advantageous - Experience supporting US-based businesses - Experience working remotely - Knowledge of payroll processing - Experience preparing reports for accountants or auditors What We Offer - Fully remote position - Part-time schedule (3 hours per day) - Flexible working hours - Opportunity to work with an international client - Supportive and collaborative remote environment
