Dubak Electrical Group LLC is now accepting applications for our NCCER certified Electrical Apprenticeship Program through March 31, 2025.


Dubak Electrical Group LLC is providing opportunities for Apprentice Electricians to start a career and grow with a family-owned company by learning from mentors and instructors with 30+ years of experience. This is a six-year hands-on work and school/study program.The primary job duties will include, but not be limited to:



Our work is conducted primarily in industrial settings (i.e. food/beverage production facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, chemical/oil refineries, paper mills, etc.), curriculum is learned in a classroom setting and skills training is taught in the training center. The Electrical Apprentice opportunity through Dubak U is for students who are interested in a school + work program. This program requires dedication, determination, perseverance, desire to pursue the electrical trade, and an understanding of the commitment essential to the students' success in the 6-year program. This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to fulfill the work duties across multiple project sites.

  • Resumes and applications will be accepted through March 31, 2025. All applicants who submit their resume and answer all the required fields/questions will be reviewed for consideration by the Dubak U Advisory and Acceptance Committee.
  • Screenings will take place off site on April 8th and April 15th. You will receive a follow up email within a week of applying, asking you to select a date and time for your screening. This screening will consist of a math aptitude assessment, color test, and your construction knowledge of various tools and safety.
  • Interviews will be facilitated after the screening process and during the month of May, 2025.
  • Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by the first week of June, 2025.
  • School will begin on July 7, 2025 and on-the-job training will begin in August. Students will work year-round and attend classes from August through May with a break from classes in December and during the summer months.

  • $17.00/hour for the first 4 weeks of Core, then $18.00/hour. After the start of Level One, apprentices will have performance evaluations every 6 months during the Apprenticeship

Experience:
