As a Store Shopper Team Member, you will join the fulfillment center team, playing a key role in accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with the support of advanced technology and automated systems. Role and Responsibilities: In this position, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet daily operational goals and ensure a seamless experience for customers. • Pick customer orders from shelves using handheld devices and company systems. • Pack items according to Amazon’s quality standards and customer specifications. • Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and shipping. • Double-check orders for accuracy before dispatch. • Report inventory or order inconsistencies to supervisors promptly. • Use inventory management systems to locate and retrieve items. • Assist with restocking and conducting inventory audits. • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). • Notify supervisors immediately about any safety concerns or incidents. • Work closely with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment targets. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to resolve operational issues. • Operate scanning devices and Amazon’s software to track inventory and workflow progress. • Handle returns and exchanges according to company protocols. • Adapt to changing priorities and tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
