Best Life IOP, is looking for a "rockstar" therapist to lead a remote Teen IOP group. You will be working with teens ages 13-17.

Who we're looking for: The very best! You have been a counselor for a number years with a proven track record for being a "rockstar" in the mental health field. You are independantly licensed in Idaho. You know how things work and have a strong history for client success. You have experience with group and/or IOP skills.

What it is: We are looking for someone that is able to work 10+ hours a week. Your duties will include running a remote online group for 2 hours, 3x a week and occassional 1:1 and family sessions also online. Groups usually cap at 8 teens.

The pay is fantastic! It is per attendee in group. The larger the group the more the pay. This position can grow into a full time opportunity for the right person.

Duties include completing CANS assessments, Comprehensive Assessments, Developing treatment plans and 30 day reviews. Experience with group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, and discharge planning. CQI and Improving systems. The clinician will need to be experienced, knowledgeable and have an outstanding reputation. Clinicians will need to embrace the organizational vision of success for clients, families and agency

Requirements:

  • Must be Licensed in the State of Idaho (LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, PSY, etc.)
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check
  • Have counseling skills and 5 years or more of counseling experience
  • Must be a reliable 'self-starter'
  • Must be Self-Motivated & embrace and enjoy what you are doing
  • Empathetic and compassionate
  • Able to maintain necessary paperwork and compliance of all client charts
  • Knowledge of best practices and Medical necessity
  • Relevant Experience, and ability to team and contribute to a team experience
