<div>JOB DESCRIPTION<br/><p>This position will support the Head of Business Development & Operations to execute the strategy and implementation for Consumer Testing partnerships (B2B and B2C). Responsibilities include, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Build prospect pipeline across multiple channels <ul> <li>Own deal closure from negotiations to contracting to implementation planning <ul> <li>Be main point of contact for segment of partners</li> <li>Manage day-to-day of existing/ newly signed relationships</li> </ul></li> </ul></li> </ul><br/>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<br/><p>To be successful in this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across multiple partner models to drive growth, prioritizing large revenue opportunities.</li> <li>Earn trust of customers and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs.</li> <li>Represent the Consumer Business Development Team in internal corporate-wide diligence efforts and in Partner meetings with executives (often Director to VP level) from other companies.</li> <li>Relay market needs and customer feedback to internal teams including Operations, Product Management, Clinical Product, and Engineering.</li> <li>Be responsible for contracting, including commercial negotiations, with prospects and collaborating with the Onboarding Team to create an Implementation Plan. </li> <li>Foster Partnerships with companies by managing and growing existing partnerships as well as pitching to prospects.</li> <li>Own and account manage key partnerships with consumer acquisition relationships and with channel vendors/ distribution partners. </li> <li>Oversee a portfolio of existing Partners 92 needs by exploring and launching new products and offerings.</li> <li>Develop, track, analyze, execute against partner account plans, and communicate key quantitative metrics internally and to Partners.</li> <li>Share weekly and monthly Partnership success metrics across the Consumer Testing team to support data-driven decisions.</li> <li>Package insights from data analysis into slide output to facilitate structured executive engagement and decision making.</li> <li>Resolve 93proactively 94 business issues for Partners and serve as their internal advocate by assess risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement for Consumer Testing Team and Partners through project management processes, recommendation of tools used & updating processes where needed.</li> <li>Have a demonstrated track record of multi-tasking and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders, including legal, regulatory, medical, product, and marketing.</li> <li>Discover and translate corporate and regulatory guidelines that impact customer experience.</li> <li>Document current Partnership activities and develop best practices related to customer success strategies (i.e., create or improve Account Management and Pitch practices in Playbook).</li> <li>Identify and communicate Consumer Testing Team-wide risks or roadblocks to current or new relationships; work with Director to plan mitigation steps and resolutions.</li> <li>Partner with Analytics Team to measure financial performance of Partners in your portfolio.</li> </ul><br/>JOB QUALIFICATIONS<br/><p><strong>Required Work</strong>
