As a Senior Manager - Applied Science, you will be accelerating the evolution of science to personalize creatives to each shopper. You are able to quickly approach large ambiguous problems, turn high-level business requirements into mathematical models, identify the right solution approach, and contribute to the software development for production systems. About the team

Our team, CreativeX Optimization, empowers advertisers to personalize the visual experience of their ads in real time. We apply advanced machine learning and generative AI to help advertisers build, identify, and understand what ad creatives work with their audiences. We develop customized CTR and CVR prediction models to help advertisers efficiently connect with shoppers across the web. We utilize generative models to understand shopper preferences across text, images, and videos. We have a broad mandate to experiment and innovate, as we seek to leapfrog the competition and impact billions of impressions daily.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience
Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application
Experience building complex software systems, especially involving deep learning, machine learning and computer vision, that have been successfully delivered to customers
