Job Description

Our Livestream Moderators are the beating heart of a successful livestream. They are the lead creatives for assigned brands and responsible for end-to-end execution of their live streams. Responsibilities include developing creative formats that are aligned with brand guidelines and needs, informing and directing talent, prepping sets and all on-camera elements, managing lighting and camera gear and building a community through viewer communication and engagement.

During each livestream, moderators will direct, run and produce their scheduled streams. They work closely with their on-camera hosts from start to finish. Moderators actively participate in the live chat, interacting with viewers and answering customer questions. The moderators are also problem-solvers, ensuring that no matter what issues arise during a stream, they’re prepared to find a solution in real-time. Post-stream, moderators collect analytics, prepare post-show reports and begin preparation for the next stream.

This is a studio-based role with flexible hours, requiring availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays. No prior experience as a Livestream Moderator is required; training is included. Opportunity for full-time advancement based on performance.
