<h2>Overview</h2> <p>A highly organized and proactive Executive Support Assistant is sought to support a Senior Personal Assistant with overflow tasks, administrative coordination, and day-to-day operational support. This role is designed to complement the Senior PA's responsibilities, providing valuable assistance while allowing the Senior PA to maintain primary ownership of executive management and high-priority matters. This is a fully remote position with standard working hours of Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Time. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in a daily 20-minute check-in to review priorities, discuss upcoming deliverables, and ensure alignment on daily objectives.</p> <p> </p> <p>While occasional coverage outside of standard business hours may be required, the role offers a supportive, low-stress environment with clear expectations, defined responsibilities, and a strong collaborative partnership.
