We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our client in the modular home manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems and property maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position requires a proactive approach to ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems while providing excellent service to our clients.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday. 7AM - 5:30PM
Pay Rate: $30HR

Duties

Install HVAC systems (ductwork, furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, etc.) in modular home units during production.
Perform system testing, charging, and troubleshooting to ensure all units meet quality and code standards before leaving the warehouse.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete installations accurately.
Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry teams to coordinate system installations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures during installations and repairs.
Assist with diagnosing and repairing HVAC-related issues in completed modular units.
Stay current with industry codes and best practices for HVAC system installation and maintenance.
Provide input on process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce rework.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, preferably in residential or modular home settings.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and system charging and testing procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, bending, climbing ladders).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
