Pay Range: $122000/hr - $136000/annum. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support NICE CXone Reporting, Analytics, and cloud reporting environments.
  • Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, dashboard issues, and data quality problems.
  • Develop and optimize operational and executive dashboards.
  • Support enterprise contact center analytics and reporting initiatives.
  • Perform root cause analysis for reporting and data issues.
  • Validate reporting accuracy across multiple enterprise systems.
  • Support real-time and historical reporting environments.
  • Assist with enterprise contact center migration from legacy platforms to NICE CXone Cloud.
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Support API integrations, ETL processes, and cloud-based reporting solutions.
  • Analyze contact center KPIs and recommend operational improvements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • 5+ years supporting NICE CXone cloud environments.
  • Experience implementing or supporting NICE CXone Cloud.
  • Experience with contact center reporting and analytics.
  • Experience migrating contact centers to NICE CXone Cloud.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Hands-on Databricks experience.
  • Experience with contact center KPI reporting.
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
