As a participant in this program, you will work closely with HR Business Partners on various HR initiatives focused on engagement, retention, learning and development, and employee communication. You will also support our talent acquisition team in creating recruitment strategies and participating in campus activities. This role allows you to run independent HR projects that have a significant impact, collaborating with business partners from Sales, Brand Management, and Finance & Accounting. The program includes a six-month traineeship on an employment contract, providing you with flexibility in working hours (minimum of 30 hours per week) and location through a hybrid working model.
