We partner with healthcare organizations across the country and help them hire top clinical talent through a contingency-based recruitment model.

We are urgently expanding our recruiting team and are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial recruiters who want the freedom of remote work, the upside of commission-based earnings, and the support of an established healthcare staffing company.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for recruiters who want to build a profitable recruiting desk without being capped by a traditional salary structure.

The Opportunity

As a Healthcare Recruiter with HealthPlus Staffing, you will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, developing client relationships, and managing searches from initial outreach through placement.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • Experienced in recruiting, sales, business development, or healthcare staffing

What You’ll Recruit For

You will recruit healthcare professionals nationwide, including:

  • Physicians
  • Nurse Practitioners
  • Physician Assistants
  • Dentists
  • Other healthcare professionals based on client demand
Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit healthcare professionals nationwide
  • Conduct outreach to candidates through calls, email, job boards, social platforms, and other sourcing channels
  • Conduct outreach to healthcare organizations to introduce HealthPlus Staffing’s contingency recruitment services
  • Build and manage relationships with hiring managers, practice owners, administrators, and healthcare executives
  • Screen and qualify candidates through structured conversations
  • Present qualified candidates to healthcare clients
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Manage the process from initial contact through offer, acceptance, and placement
  • Maintain consistent activity across candidate sourcing, client development, follow-up, and pipeline management
  • Track activity and pipeline using company systems and processes

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 contractor role with high earning potential.

Recruiters who meet minimum performance expectations typically earn $120,000+ annually , with top performers having the ability to earn significantly more.

This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable being paid based on production and want the upside that comes with performance-based compensation.
