What's the opportunity?

We are looking for a Manager of Business Finance to drive strategic finance initiatives, oversee financial operations, and support our global expansion. This hybrid finance role combines Business Finance and Financial Controllership, ensuring robust financial planning, SaaS pricing strategies, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to drive growth while maintaining financial discipline.

What Will You Be Doing?

Business Finance and FPA:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive strategic decision-making.
Develop SaaS pricing strategies, unit economics, and revenue optimization models.
Conduct variance analysis and scenario planning to align financial goals with business objectives.

Financial Control and Compliance:

Oversee financial operations, cash flow management, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
Ensure statutory compliance, including GST, PF, PT, and other regulatory filings.
Support audits and maintain strong internal financial controls.

Strategic Finance and Investor Relations:

Partner with investors, auditors, and international stakeholders to ensure financial transparency.
Develop fundraising models and support due diligence processes.
Provide insights on financial strategy, risk assessment, and business scalability.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Business Finance, FPA, or Accounting, preferably in a SaaS or fast-growing startup.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and compliance knowledge.
Experience in cash flow management, statutory compliance, and investor relations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
