<strong>Description<br><br></strong>The Field Learning Implementation Analyst combines analytical expertise with learning and development knowledge to drive data-informed training initiatives in Operational Areas (OA). This role bridges the gap between strategic learning objectives and operational execution, using data analytics to optimize training programs and ensure measurable business impact. The position requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, while partnering with leadership to drive learning excellence across the organization.<br><br>This role operates in a hybrid work environment with up to 30% of travel required to visit stores, new store openings, and training summits. The position demands flexibility to support various time zones and requires the ability to perform general office duties. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><strong>Program Management & Implementation<br><br></strong><ul><li> Oversee unified program implementation, facilitation, and sustainability of learning initiatives</li><li> Coordinate and execute OA's annual training calendar</li><li> Drive on-time, on-budget execution of training projects with quantifiable results</li><li> Manage Leadership Development Programs (CD ATL, TL, ASTL, STL)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Data & Analytics<br><br></strong><ul><li> Design and implement automated reporting solutions for tracking training metrics</li><li> Analyze program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations</li><li> Able to effectively utilize training dashboards and other visualization tools</li><li> Monitor and report on training completion rates and program ROI<br><br></li></ul><strong>Strategic Partnership<br><br></strong><ul><li> Serve as key liaison between Learning & Development and OA leadership</li><li> Consult with Store Support Office on training-related opportunities and gaps</li><li> Attend and support new store openings to ensure operational readiness</li><li> Mobilize and coordinate subject matter experts for program delivery</li><li> Influence program design based on field observations and needs analysis<br><br></li></ul>A day in the life<br><br>A typical day begins with reviewing training metrics and completion rates across assigned OAs, attending PXT Network meetings to provide L&D updates, and analyzing program performance data for PXT recommendations. The day continues with facilitating virtual or in-person leadership development sessions, coordinating with Store Training Roles to address immediate learning needs, and collaborating with subject matter experts on upcoming training initiatives. Regular meetings with PXT leadership discuss program progress and address challenges. The day concludes with updating tracking systems, preparing the next day's priorities, reviewing training-related escalations, and finalizing reports and recommendations for stakeholder review.<br><br><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>The Learning & Development team is a crucial component of PXT, supporting Whole Foods Market's mission through innovative learning solutions. We lead the implementation of new learning technologies and partner with operations to address skill gaps, making our team instrumental in shaping the company's learning culture and future leadership. The base pay for this position ranges from $57,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $123,800/year in our highest geographic market.
