The Che girl is passionate, dynamic, and fashion forward. We are looking to have someone join the Ché team who is energized about client relations and enthusiastic about styling and fashion. We are a tight knit family and really looking for the right vibe and energy for our newest team member.

Qualifications

Must have 2-3 years of luxury retail experience

The Job

You have a result-oriented mindset and you will drive footfall through a digital client outreach program as an integral part of daily business
You will be managing, motivating and leading your store team to achieve revenue targets and to maintain a culture within your team that is authentic, optimistic and driven by results and the opportunity to learn
Give amazing customer service and styling sessions
Establish loyalty within the community
Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store
Help w the ecommerce sales
Stock management in all aspects
Maintain a professional optimistic attitude
Support your team in daily operations in the store
Strive to achieve a healthy client loyalty base with in-store activities to foster client relationships

Salary

Hourly pay is derived on work experience in retail
Starting $23 an hour and up
