Job Summary As an Associate Analyst IT CTS, you will be responsible for providing technical support to JetBlue crewmembers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of all requests and incidents. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities * Provide technical support to JetBlue crewmembers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to equipment, applications, and communication devices * Maintain accurate records of all requests and incidents, including documentation and tracking of issues from start to finish * Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively * Screen and support systems, including maintaining and updating client access and database documentation * Work with software package rollouts and support, including testing and implementation of new software * Team up with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines to achieve first-contact resolution with all issues * Maintain documentation of requests per JetBlue norms, including updating and refreshing database documentation with the most up-to-date information * Organize response for significant occurrences and blackouts, including coordinating with internal and external resources Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or information technology * High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field * Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of IT for Everybody certificate through Coursera * Experience carrying out and supporting applications, including software package rollouts and support * Ability to travel short-term (up to 50%), with valid travel documents and the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US * Ability to obtain a valid visa to travel to the US * Experience using desktop arrangement bundles, including bolthires Office and other software applications Preferred Qualifications * Certifications in bolthires, networking, and programming languages * Knowledge of bolthires desktop and server products, including Trade and Office Suite * Knowledge of LAN climate using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS * Knowledge of communication, messaging, and framework (VOIP and POTS) * Knowledge of cell phones and mobile device management (MDM) arrangements like Work area ONE and bolthires Intune * Knowledge of general media arrangements Crewmember Expectations * Regular attendance and reliability * Possible need to work flexible hours and be available to answer without prior notice * Ability to maintain a professional appearance while working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and assist with light cleaning of the aircraft when time allows * Ability to fit into the JetBlue culture, which values Wellbeing, Mindful, Honesty, Energy, and Tomfoolery * Ability to advance JetBlue's #1 value of safety as a Wellbeing Representative, supporting JetBlue's Wellbeing Management Framework (SMS) components, Wellbeing Strategy, and social principles * Ability to identify and report wellbeing or safety concerns, issues, incidents, or hazards, including using JetBlue's confidential reporting frameworks (Avionics Wellbeing Activity Program (pronto), JEMS or Security Activity Report (SAR)) Work Environment * Traditional office climate * PC and other office equipment provided * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative company with a strong focus on customer service and technical support Compensation and Benefits * Competitive hourly rate of $30/hour * Opportunity to work in a remote setting with flexible hours * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and innovative company If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the Associate Analyst IT CTS role at JetBlue Airline At Home Careers - Data Entry Remote Jobs.
