  • Manage and execute a wide variety of assignments to support legal partners, ensuring all tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee and delegate administrative responsibilities to team members while maintaining accountability for successful task completion.
  • Coordinate and maintain attorney schedules, resolving conflicts and organizing complex travel arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, reports, and correspondence to ensure attorneys are well-prepared for upcoming commitments.
  • Draft and edit detailed correspondence, presentations, and other documents, often handling confidential information.
  • Maintain and organize both electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership in organizing department or practice group meetings, including preparing agendas and managing logistics.
  • Monitor client billing processes, including prebilling tasks, budget tracking, and addressing billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to foster strong relationships and ensure effective communication across departments.
  • Participate in client team and practice group meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring materials are accurate and complete.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a legal or detail-oriented services environment.
  • Proficiency in e-filing processes for district and state courts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft high-quality correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and managing attorney schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
