We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in fabricating and assembling metal structures and components under the direction of experienced welders and supervisors. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial or construction environment.


Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm ( Friday if needed will be half days)


Key Responsibilities:


Perform basic welding tasks using MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-core processes

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols

Measure and cut materials according to specifications

Set up and maintain welding equipment and tools

Assist with assembling and tacking components

Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Participate in training and skill development activities

Qualifications:


High school diploma or GED required

Completion of a welding certificate or vocational training program preferred not required

Basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment

Ability to read tape measures, drawings, and work instructions

Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Willingness to learn and follow directions

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Preferred Skills (Not Required):


Prior experience with hand tools, grinders, or fabrication

OSHA 10/30 certification

Forklift or crane operation experience

Work Environment:


Exposure to hot, cold, or noisy environments

Standing for extended periods

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
