This is a full time position, paying $36K / year; Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM!

  • Schedule interviews with candidates on behalf of clients, ensuring timely coordination.
  • Make a high volume of phone calls to candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Proactively remind candidates to schedule their interviews, using phone calls and text messages to keep the process moving.
  • Engage with candidates through e-mail, text messages, and calls using provided online tools.
  • Help candidates complete the application process quickly by guiding them through each step and encouraging timely action.
  • Communicate comfortably with clients as needed.
