These activities include creating standard documentation, program support and processes improvement to improve efficiency, sustainability, reduce cost, and maximize profitability.What You Will Do<ul><li>Curate, develop and analyze large sets of data.</li><li>Perform research and develop recommendations.</li><li>Develop and Deploy Engineering Command Media to include RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM).</li><li>Develop Tool Strategies across vendors and capabilities.</li><li>Support improvement projects using Project Management Skills, tracking cost, schedule and solution quality.</li><li>Develop process improvement strategies, plans and tactics.</li><li>Become an expert in Engineering Tools, Process, and Governance.</li><li>Provide Support across Engineering Execution.</li></ul>Qualification You Must Have<ul><li>Typically requires a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work multiple tasks and priorities and to complete simultaneous assignments with high quality and timely products.</li><li>Experience improving processes.</li><li>Experience as a data analyst.</li><li>U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.</li></ul>Qualifications We Prefer<ul><li>Prior experience in Engineering Hardware/Software/Systems development or production</li><li>High business acumen.</li><li>Office Products Expert, specifically Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Understanding of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence</li><li>Ability to quickly learn new tools and applications.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
