The Employee Services Officer will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support to employees across the organization. This role ensures the smooth execution of employee related processes, including onboarding, documentation, visa processing and responding to employee inquires. The job holder will be a point of contact for staff, providing accurate information, maintaining personal records, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Control residency activities (local transfer, tracking ES activities, cancellations, etc.)
  • Support in Managing various ES processes and make sure that it is completed in the agreed time
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide consultation on policies and procedures
  • Create and implement effective on boarding plans
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Handle the above responsibility reporting to the ES manager
  • To be an effective team player and contribute to the timely delivery of accurate ministries forms.
  • To ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the SAP and other ES systems
  • Tracking all ES activities and make sure meeting SLA with other BU's
  • Making daily and weekly workload reports
Candidate Requirements
  • BSc/BA in business administration is a plus
  • Have a very good command in English (Written - Spoken - Read) / Fluent Arabic.
  • Experience 2-3 years.
  • Computer Skills: Software, Ms Windows, Ms Word, Ms Excel, Power Point, Internet and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SAP (Preferred)
  • Must be reliable and dedicated and flexibility to work additional hours as business requirements dictate.
  • Willingness to accept additional assignments and can work under pressures
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English - Verbal & Written
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude & Strong ethics and reliability
