The role demands strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a contract position lasting for six months, with a hybrid work schedule that includes both on-site work in Kohler, Wisconsin, and remote work. The coordinator will report to the Manager of Retail Digital Operations and will frequently interact with the R/Etail syndication team, the Digital Asset Management team, and marketing merchants. Regular communication with R/Etail partners is also a key aspect of the role, as the coordinator will manage their online catalog content and special orders.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all digital assets are available on R/Etail partner sites.
  • Organize and track all new digital assets as they are created.
  • Verify that digital assets are displaying correctly on partner sites.
  • Create asset management documentation, including procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company branding standards for all assets.
  • Track incoming assets and distribute them according to R/Etail site management tools.

Requirements
