We are seeking a Strategic Operations Associate to work directly with the COO, an exceptional opportunity for a high-potential professional to contribute to executive operations, data analytics, and cross-functional leadership. This role is designed for someone who not only excels in analytics but is also a natural leader, capable of driving initiatives and fostering collaboration across departments.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring decisions are data-backed, strategically sound, and aligned with business goals—while acting as a key liaison between the COO and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive executive and strategic support to the COO, managing communications, priorities, and operational initiatives.
Analyze business data, understand operational nuances, and deliver targeted insights to guide leadership decisions.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Monitor KPIs, project milestones, and ensure follow-through on critical actions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant industries such as HTD, staffing, recruitment, retail operations, or business analytics.
Education: Master’s degree preferred, with a background in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
Proficient in Excel, with working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
A natural leader, proactive, confident, and able to drive initiatives without formal authority.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
