Imagine Your Impact. The Customer Service Representative provides customer service for AOP Christian Homeschool. Position Type: This is a regular, part-time position. The selected candidate will begin their role in January 2025. Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $14.41 and $14.50 per hour. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions. Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote from your home office. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to: • Respond positively to customer calls, emails, and other direct contacts in a timely manner. • Communicate clearly, both written and in speech, to both internal and external customers. • Resolve all concerns in the best interest of both the customer and the company. • Determine customer's needs and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions. • Use multiple CRM's at once to assist the customer. • Other duties as required. Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include: • High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. • Experience with CRM systems is desirable. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage time effectively. • Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult customer issues while maintaining professionalism with appropriate tone and manner. • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and follow through on all tasks. • Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office software especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
