About the job:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our Domestic Voice Process. You will handle customer calls in Hindi/Telugu and English (mandatory), providing efficient solutions and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Hindi and English
2. Address customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
4. Adhere to company policies and communication standards
