Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless booking process for members. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting reservation information. Handle and resolve member complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when communicating with members and colleagues. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
