Minimum one (1) year of experience supervising professional staff.
Masters degree in counseling, social work, or closely related field from an accredited institution.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Washington) or equivalent required at hire.
Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee Certification (Washington) or equivalent required at hire.
National Provider Identifier required at hire.
Experience managing quality assurance activities in a chemical dependency counseling setting.
Thorough knowledge of chemical dependency treatment for adults, adolescents, and families.
Understanding of the addiction and recovery process and best practices in the substance use disorder treatment field.
