Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets to develop tailored travel itineraries.
  • Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services using industry-leading booking tools and systems.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and local attractions to enhance client experiences.
  • Manage all aspects of travel planning from initial consultation through post-trip follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Stay current on the latest travel trends, hotel offerings, and industry regulations to offer accurate and up-to-date recommendations.
  • Resolve any issues or changes that arise during the planning process or while clients are traveling to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of client preferences, bookings, and communications to streamline future interactions.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of travel planning tools and booking systems.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards to advise clients effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate options clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
