🎯 The Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst (Entry-Level / Associate) to support business improvement initiatives, analyze operational data, gather requirements, and contribute to projects that enhance organizational performance.

πŸš€ Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and discussions to understand business needs
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and process documentation
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Support solution design and implementation activities
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, validate, and analyze business and operational data
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
  • Assist in forecasting, planning, and performance evaluation exercises

  • Up to 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, project coordination, consulting, data analysis, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Basic understanding of business processes, data analysis, and reporting techniques
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Visio, or similar tools is advantageous
