Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorneys to handle personal injury cases in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing a caseload of litigation matters, providing top-tier legal representation to clients, and preparing cases for trial. Key Responsibilities

Case Management: Handle a caseload of personal injury litigation matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases.

Qualifications and Skills

Licenses: Must be currently licensed to practice law in Texas.
Experience: 2-3 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Litigation Expertise: Strong knowledge of personal injury law, with demonstrated experience in all phases of litigation, including trials.
