Pay Range: $42.00- $ 48.00 Per Hour


Job Summary:


We are in search of a Senior Atlassian Cloud Systems Administrator with proven proficiency in Jira and Confluence, aimed at enhancing our engineering collaboration platform. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, security, and efficiency of our Atlassian Cloud solutions, fostering best practices and driving user adoption across the company. This remote position requires the adherence to EST working hours, promoting agile delivery and knowledge management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, optimize, and ensure the security of Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Confluence) to aid agile delivery and knowledge sharing.
  • Configure workflows, automation, permissions, and integrations aligned with business requirements.
  • Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Jira and Confluence, including user permissions and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, and assist in cloud migration and hybrid deployment strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine processes and improve user experience.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Atlassian Cloud and Data Center architectures
  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in enterprise settings.
  • Proficiency in JQL, REST APIs, and automation tools.


Industry Experience:

  • Experience working within agile and scrum-based environments is crucial, along with a familiarity with ITIL practices.
  • Exposure to DevOps and public cloud environments, preferably AWS, is highly desirable.
