This is a 1099 contractor position (part-time, with room to grow). You’ll play a key role in helping clients — primarily women over 40 — regain strength, improve hormonal health, and feel confident in their bodies through our Fit40+ Fit & Fierce Formula™ coaching program. Job Summary This role is a great fit for someone who cares deeply about helping others and is eager to support women navigating the changes that come with midlife — physically, emotionally, and hormonally. You don’t need to know everything already; if you bring compassion, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, we’ll guide you through the rest.The role combines client coaching, community engagement, and operational excellence within a structured coaching framework. Core Responsibilities Client Coaching & Support • Join select group coaching calls to observe, support, and contribute when appropriate • Shadow one-on-one coaching calls with coaching team to learn our proven SET coaching method • Help monitor client progress by reviewing app check-ins, food tracking, and workout logs • Leave thoughtful notes and encouragement inside the coaching platform to support consistency • Assist with habit mapping prep and follow-up under guidance (training provided) • Track client milestones and flag when clients are ready to advance to Phase 2 Client Engagement & Recognition • Send welcome and encouragement cards • Submit one weekly client spotlight, and we will train the right candidate • Encourage reviews/testimonials and flag client wins to the admin team Administrative & Program Management • Keep client records, macros, and checklists up to date. • Use Asana to manage weekly check-ins and follow-ups. • Schedule tech support and update calendar visibility. Community & Team Collaboration • Engage in our Facebook communities and/or Instagram (as assigned) • Maintain daily communication via Slack (10–15 minutes) • Attend bi-monthly 1:1s and monthly team Zoom meetings. Systems Training & Tech Proficiency • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly • We’ll provide training on our specific tools (CYFG/Trainerize, GHL, Zoom, Google Workspace) • You’ll help support clients with app usage and ensure they stay consistent across platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications • Certification in Nutrition, Fitness, or Life Coaching preferred (or currently working toward one) • Some experience in health, fitness, or wellness (formal or informal) • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help women 40+ • Emotionally intelligent, open-minded, and eager to grow • Able to receive feedback with professionalism and a growth mindset • Organized and tech-savvy (familiarity with coaching platforms like Trainerize is a plus) • Comfortable learning about women’s health and hormones in midlife (we’ll provide training) • Willing to complete onboarding, systems training, and shadow coaching sessions To Apply Send your resume/CV and a video (2.30 min max) to julie@juliekprince.com by October 5tth.
