About the position At Accelerazon, we care deeply about the outcomes we create for our clients, and the quality of life and freedom that meaningful work enables for our team. If that resonates with you, we want to meet you. If you’re someone who takes pride in thoughtful, detail‑driven work and wants to contribute meaningfully to a team’s success, you may be a great fit. You’re a self‑starter who learns quickly and is ready for the next challenge. You’re motivated by growth, not just in title, but in skill, responsibility, and impact. You’re comfortable in the dynamic environment of a small, growing agency and value the opportunity to help shape the standards, processes, and quality bar of the work we deliver. You don’t shy away from detailed, hands-on work that requires focus, patience, and precision, and you’re equally capable of stepping back to think strategically, communicating clearly, and aligning with senior leaders at the brands we support. The successful candidate will bring broad experience across the Amazon ecosystem, in the many interconnected areas that keep a brand healthy and growing. This is intentionally a jack‑of‑all‑trades role. As a small, fast‑growing agency, we need someone who can confidently work across a wide range of responsibilities and help us continue delivering strong outcomes for our clients. As we scale, this role will evolve. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our systems, contribute to developing our processes and structure, and grow into deeper specialization or leadership depending on your strengths and interests. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the organization, being supported, challenged, and trusted as they take on meaningful responsibility. We will measure your success not only on account profitability and growth, but also on the client relationships, retention, and trust you’re able to build. We are interested not just in the quality of your strategic thinking and recommendations, but also on your ability to be a team player and elevate those around you.
