MST is the preferred time zone for work hours</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Acentra Health is seeking an experienced Oracle SOA Developer to join our expanding remote team on a full-time basis. Acentra Health's evoBrixX is a flexible, cloud-based Medicaid platform that adapts to the specific requirements of each state. Its modular design, built on a scalable architecture, ensures compliance with federal MITA standards. This innovative solution is currently being used by several states.</p><p>As a Senior Oracle SOA Developer, you'll join our Delivery Services team to design, develop, and maintain complex interfaces for evoBrix X. Your work will involve both new system implementations and ongoing support for existing systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Independently design, develop, integrate, and test complex system interfaces using Oracle SOA Suite 12c on Unix/Linux platforms, adhering to best practices.</li><li>Design and implement business processes using Oracle BPEL composites with JDeveloper.</li><li>Implement and route web services (SOAP and REST) using Oracle OSB (Oracle Service Bus) and integrate them with BPEL on Unix/Linux.</li><li>Design and develop SQL queries, and interpret/debug PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions.</li><li>Provide Java and shell-based solutions to enhance the existing interface framework.</li><li>Support existing programs by triaging failures, resolving issues, and implementing solutions, participating in on-call duties to meet project milestones or client SLAs, and engaging in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for requirement gathering and documentation.</li><li>Support project releases, maintenance, patching, and security tasks.</li><li>Manage incident, defect, and enhancement tracking using Jira.</li><li>Manage design artifacts in SharePoint/Confluence.</li><li>Keep the Integration Lead/Manager informed of all interface-related activities, issues, and risks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of relevant experience with Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12c.</li><li>Skilled in developing file-based integrations using BPEL.</li><li>Experience embedding Java or integrating the Spring framework in SOA, with a solid understanding of Java.</li><li>Possess working knowledge of various adapters, such as JMS, DB, FILE, and FTP.</li><li>Experience routing services via OSB, using SOAP/REST, and working with XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, XQuery, and SOAP UI.</li><li>Experienced in administering and optimizing Oracle SOA Suite within WebLogic environments.</li><li>Experience writing and executing shell scripts to automate tasks and streamline processes.</li><li>Knowledgeable in file transfer protocols like FTP/SFTP.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Maven, Hudson), and version control tools (SVN, Git)</li><li>Robust experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle, and have a strong understanding of PL/SQL.</li><li>Expertise in AWS cloud platforms, including Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Load Balancers, and other services essential for integration.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in healthcare, Medicaid MMIS, including Provider and Claims systems.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Benefits Information</u></strong></p><ul><li>Medical Insurance; Vision Insurance; Dental Insurance</li><li>401K Retirement Plan (Discretionary Match Offered)</li><li>Ancillary Coverage (Life, AD&D, Short Term / Long Term Disability)</li><li>Employee Referral Bonus</li><li>Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit</li><li><em>Note: As a contingent worker with nTech, you'll be paid for all approved hours worked; paid time off and paid holidays are not provided.</em></li></ul><p><strong>________________________________________</strong></p><p><strong>nTech is an equal opportunity employer.
